Pageant Entry Form

Please review the  rules on the right side before entering. Contestants under the age of 18 must have parental permission to compete.

Rules

  1. Must be between the ages of 16-28 years old
  2. Must be a Canadian Citizen
  3. You must be of good moral character
  4. You must not be married or divorced
  5. Must live in Calgary & Area

Entry Fee $30

Entry fees are due by June 14th by cheque, cash or money order made out to Lisa Harrigan.
